Bangchak Sriracha Refinery delivered Thailand’s first-ever load of B24 marine biofuel—a 24% used cooking oil blend requiring no engine upgrades—at Laem Chabang Port.
PTT’s Oil & Retail arm inked an MoU with Regional Container Lines (RCL) to supply Bio-VLSFO, derived from used cooking oil, offering ships an immediate low-carbon fuel option.
Chinese investor Zhuoyue New Energy is planning a $97.6M biofuel complex in Chonburi, with an initial output of 300,000 tons biodiesel and potential scaling to include HVO and SAF.
